Polymer injection Molding
In this department, quality is materialized. We are able to produce thermoplastic items weighing from 0.05g to 1500g with injection molding machines ranging from 60 to 600 tons. For small production runs, we use the SMED system, allowing us to be fast and competitive to satisfy customers who require this type of production. The general organization of production is managed by our Pull Kanban and just-in-time systems and is guaranteed by the TPM internal maintenance system, allowing us to eliminate any machine downtime and meet agreed delivery times.
These are some thermoplastic materials used in our productions, which can be filled with glass fiber and enriched with additives to improve performance according to individual usage requirements.
