Polymer injection Molding<\/h4>\n\n

In this department, quality<\/b> is materialized. We are able to produce thermoplastic items weighing from 0.05g to 1500g with injection molding machines ranging from 60 to 600 tons. For small production runs, we use the SMED<\/b> system, allowing us to be fast and competitive to satisfy customers who require this type of production. The general organization of production is managed by our Pull Kanban<\/b> and just-in-time <\/b>systems and is guaranteed by the TPM<\/b> internal maintenance system, allowing us to eliminate any machine downtime and meet agreed delivery times.<\/p><\/p>\n\n

These are some thermoplastic materials used in our productions, which can be filled with glass fiber<\/strong> and enriched with additives to improve performance<\/strong> according to individual usage requirements.<\/p><\/p>\n\n
